The food is delicious but the service is beyond horrible!!! The waitress spilled water all over my family member didn’t apologize and manager wouldn’t even show his face. They offered us some dirty towels and that was it. Sadly it looks like we have to find a new place to eat. Not the first time this happens if you wanna sit outside you will starve because they will ignore you until u complain

Los Ranchos is a great place for a steak. I had the 12oz churrasco and it was charcoal flavored and at the exact temperature I ordered. The French onion was also great. German was our server and he brought a ton of class to the dinner. Highly recommended.

The prices have gone up quite a bit since the last time I was there. The food was not great this time around. The plantain chips were stale and so were the tostones in our appetizer. My baby churrasco was pretty chewy and tough even though I ordered it medium. The worst part was that the waiter brought out all eight plates stacked right on top of each other. This restaurant used to be in Sweet Water. The Gallo Pinto was brought by a server, and they would serve as much as you wanted. Now is a cup of Gallo Pinto with grains stucked together. I liked the earlier business model. The Onion Soup was great, but it was served with a dessert spoon. Details are important.
