We were in Jacksonville over night, so went online looking for a restaurant. We found Los Ranchero and were glad we did. Food was excellent. Tasted great, nice presentation and was served hot. Friendly greeting at the door. Wait staff took our order then didn't check back, but we were able to flag someone down when we needed more water. We wished we had a place with food this good closer to home.
Extremely rude, poor customer service. Don't know how this place stays open!

The food and service here are great. The surrounding atmosphere is authentic along with the food and drinks.
Wow .. came for dinner at 9:30 yes I know they are closed in a half hour. But was rudely greeted at the door saying nope no dinner we already cleaned up. Then why would you say you're open until 10!?! Love going here and HATED the way we were treated tonight. ...

Every time we go they have horrible service, but okay food. Tonight their service was the worse we have ever had and they tried to overcharge our bill 2 different times! Definitely sticking with El Rancherito all they way, at least we know they will be good servers!
