The community itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the management and customer service are extremely disorganized and disappointing. I moved out almost a year ago and I am still waiting for my security deposit refund. I have sent emails, called multiple times, and even gone in person, yet nobody has been able to properly resolve the issue. Every time I contact the office, I am told something different. Hace 7 meses que vivo en los prados y reclamé a la administración que limpien y me poden las plantas que tengo frente a mi departamento .de esa manera evitamos que los dueños de las mascotas recojan las cacas . Es un abandono total,solo decoran ,limpian,los frentes que están a la vista. Envíe fotos en dos oportunidades,donde no tube resultado positivo. Es muy fuerte el olor y moscas que hay
Just moved here and really love the community and surrounding neighborhoods. Very scenic and peaceful
This apartment complex is full of insects and cockroaches. They took my security deposit and never returned it—it was basically stolen. The service is very poor, and the office staff are very rude. I strongly advise everyone not to live in this complex. They treat tenants badly, keep your deposit, and the apartments are infested with bugs. They take our money unfairly.
