This apartment complex is full of insects and cockroaches. They took my security deposit and never returned it—it was basically stolen. The service is very poor, and the office staff are very rude. I strongly advise everyone not to live in this complex. They treat tenants badly, keep your deposit, and the apartments are infested with bugs. They take our money unfairly.
I’ve been living here for over a year. The mismanagement with the construction situation that’s going on right now is horrible. It’s been going on for MONTHS. The workers keep leaving screws behind and I have caught a screw 3 times between both my cars due to this. I’m tired of getting flat tires because the workers don’t have accountability of where they leave their screws all over the community to puncture our tires! Horrible and wouldn’t recommend.
