I rented at Los Prados in July. I quickly moved out two weeks later to be exact. The apartment was roach filled, people left their trash outside all day which probably contributed to the roaches. The gym door was broken and had been for over a year. This was told to me by a resident. why charge the $100 fee if you knew the doOR was broken and open to all who wanted to use the equipment. Dirty neighborhood and overpriced for a place that looks unmaintained. Garbage everywhere and dog feces everywhere. it’s disgusting.

So far, we are pleased with Los Prados. Our leasing consultant, Danilla, was stellar and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Lots of open parking, beautiful interior and exterior spaces. Looking forward to seeing the parking lot upgrades finished soon.
