TLDR: Look past the small, crowded parking lot, and older building - this is the real deal. The food and service were fantastic, and the price was reasonable. Arrived, was immediately greeted and offered to sit wherever we wish. After we sat, was immediately brought fresh chips and salsa (we requested extra right away as both were excellent!).
