We were traveling and I wanted Mexican. This place came up first while googling Mexican. Salsa was very good but chips to thick and sad to say my El pastor street tacos were not good at all. Meat was extremely dry and chewy with no flavor. Family said their food was OK but not best they have had, hubby asked for no sour cream on food but it came with it and asked for pork but got chicken. I wish I had tried the chicken fajitas instead of the street tacos. Atmosphere seemed nice and service friendly, just not hip on the food.
We liked the food and the service. I also like that it is a local business.
Look forward to another visit. Biggest margarita that I've ever had!
Best authentic steak tacos that compare to ones I have had in Tijuana with just the right amount of cilantro. Great tostadas! Looking forward to trying tamales next time. Genuinely nice owner and servers. They have come a long way since being mainly a grocery store.
