If you are looking for an apartment in Huntington Beach, stay far away from Los Patos. My personal nightmare with them began when I needed to switch from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. The manager was very eager for me to switch as he said he had people who wanted a 1 bedroom but no one who wanted a 2 bedroom. Because they didn’t want to lose any rent on the 2bd, I was rushed into the new apartment, and and it was not ready to be moved into yet. It was absolutely filthy.
