The food and atmosphere was excellent but the service from our waiters Miguel and Chou was superb
be aware of 18% service charge added to your bill. I tipped $40 on a $160 bill for 2 terrible picanha steaks… to later find out that they already charged me 18% service charge. When I called to mention my disappointment, they told me that I should had read the sign on the door and menu… my bad as I was on business lunch that ended up costing $100 per person for a lousy meal. It is used to be a decent place but it appears it is no longer an option… perhaps the empty restaurant should it be the clue…,
Los Parrilleros Steakhouse was a real disappointment. The prices are quite high, but the food is extremely average and definitely does not match the cost. On top of that, the customer service was just okay—nothing special to justify the bill. With high prices, mediocre food, and subpar service, I won't be coming back. 🤨
