We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and left extremely disappointed. The service was poor from start to finish. We constantly had to ask for basic things, including a knife and more water. Our server was wearing one EarPod throughout the evening, which gave the impression that he was either listening to music or on the phone. Extremely disappointed with the service. We were seated and not offered bread until we specifically asked for it, even though other tables appeared to receive it without having to ask. We also had to request napkins because none were provided. The waitress was inattentive, and the manager did not seem concerned about the poor service experience. Solía venir seguido a este restaurante y le había puesto 5 estrellas. Hoy , después de un tiempo sin venir tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. Las parrilladas no son lo que eran antes, no les pueden llamar parrillada a eso, las sirven el plato, no más en parrillita, la carne mal cocida y colocan un pedacito de pollo que ni siquiera es pechuga.
