I was given an appointment for 11/20/2025 at 10:15 AM. They requested that I go to their Office to submit my I.D. and Insurance.I got there from Carmel only to be denied of such appointment. The front desk staff were belligerent and taking a nap Lazy , small people. The Building is filthy and dilapidated. An invitation to severe inspection I hope that the Doctors aware that they lose income due to slob staff. Good riddance!!!
