Just to let you guys know I am NOT family of anybody who works here or friends either. I post as how we are treated and how I see it. Clean, quiet, friendly and nice receptionist. Nurses and Dr. Are very nice. Answered every concern and questions I had.
I had a 3:30 p.m. appointment and arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I was admitted to the room and informed that the doctor was unavailable but would return soon. However, after an hour past my appointment time, I was told that the doctor was still unavailable and could either reschedule or continue waiting. I have major anxiety and they went above and beyond to make me feel better thank you from the front desk to all the staff in the back were super nice thank you again
I normally don't leave reviews but I feel like this one is necessary. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My GI specialist (Dr. Patel) was extremely rude. I had two family members who accompanied me to my appointment. They had made prior arrangement at their jobs in order to be with me for emotional support. The specialist immediately entered the room with hostility and kicked my family member out of the room and wouldn't even bother to give me a second of his time to hear the new symptoms I was experiencing. Waited 3 months for an apt with Dr. Siddu and then they cancelled at the last minute and then wanted me to wait another month and a half. VERY POOR PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND THEIR PHONE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I'LL FIND ANOTHER PLACE!
