Since 1928, Valley residents have flocked here for fajitas, enchiladas, tamales and that favorite border-style breakfast, Huevos Rancheros (eggs smothered in green chile and tomato sauce, served with beans, rice and tortillas). The "Mary Lou," a folded cheese crisp that is a true Arizona tradition, makes a great shared appetizer.
