Since 1928, Valley residents have flocked here for fajitas, enchiladas, tamales and that favorite border-style breakfast, Huevos Rancheros (eggs smothered in green chile and tomato sauce, served with beans, rice and tortillas). The "Mary Lou," a folded cheese crisp that is a true Arizona tradition, makes a great shared appetizer. Mexican and Latin American live music plays on Friday and Saturday nights, Wednesdays feature Swing Time and Mariachis play on Sundays. Check website for more.

Wonderful menu and cozy atmosphere.
The service and atmosphere were excellent and it makes you feel like home, it was my first time there and I felt as if I had been there all my life. It brought back good memories of family and where the roots started. I felt like I was south of the border. The food is okay, if you were brought up with home cooked it’s hard to compare but being open minded to the 75 years of hard work and sweat to succeed as a family business where it marks in history of Scottsdale, it’s all good.
