Well I can I wouldn’t recommend them I tried to make a deal on a 2009 Polaris 800 and thought they would make the deal with me but the said they can’t do it it sucks but nothing I can do but keep my eyes open for what I’m looking for I’m sure someone will be selling one sooner or later I found out today the unit I was trying to by they were trying to double there money on from me luckily I did purchased a brand new machine from Bobby J Yamaha in Albuquerque they were great and treated you like a loyal customer Thank you Bobb... read more
Well, you can see, if they have a problem it is consistency! Spent 10 minutes on phone looking for a part. When person got back, I can't find it, I'll call you later. Really? She was nice, but she was busy and did not want to deal with me. I need a Polaris part, no dealer near me shows a shock retainer for a 900 in stock....It is a Polaris problem as well. Will see if she calls!
This store needs to be reworked it has so much potential but is managed so poorly. My advice for anyone doing any kind of business with Los Lunas Motorsport or any of the Motorsports of New Mexico, get what ever you are told or promised in writing. They have a tendency to go back on thier word or twist what they said, in order to make or save them a dollar. This company seems to operate with no moral compass. They have done this to thier employees and customers, they have no loyalty to anything other than greed.
Our Experience with the Perches of our New RZR was as good as it could get ! Thank you for all your awesome Customer Service ! And we are already enjoying our New SideXSide ! 😊👍
