Rita and Heather have been amazing through the whole process I would recommend them two any day of the week very polite and very respectful the whole way through.
I've lived here around 8 years and absolutely love it. The management and matainence team are AMAZING and truly care about all the tenants. They always fix your problems in a timely manner. The internet & cable that is included with your rent is such a great deal. I will always recommend this complex to all my friends amd family.
I’ve been living at Los Incas Apartments for almost 16 years. It’s not merely an apartment to me, it is home. I think it’s safe to say I’ll live here until moving on to the next world. The managers and maintenance people become close friends when you have been here a spell. While it is one of the oldest complexes in Greenville the buildings are well maintained and have little to no issues, all bills included is a massive plus and from my personal experience Rita is a wonderful person to work with. all the staff are friendly and if you need anything fixed the maintenance crew will be there asap! Wonderful place to call home!
