We had our first floor insulated with spray foam in our old house in Los Gatos. The crew was easy to work with and I'm really pleased with the results. Scott, the installer, made sure to get the foam into all the tricky and tight spaces. The old fiberglass insulation we had before wasn’t working well—most of it had come loose, probably because of pests and just settling over time. We had an excellent experience with blown-in insulation and air sealing from Los Gatos Top Insulation. Todd, Levi, and Scott arrived on time, were very friendly, and worked efficiently. They put tarps on our carpeted stairs and used plastic sheeting to keep the work area free from dust. After finishing the insulation, they vacuumed up and left everything spotless. We can really feel the difference in temperature with the new insulation. This service made a big improvement for us, and the crew did a fantastic job.
