Dr Rilling was wonderful! He came highly recommended from two different friends who have seen him, and he exceeded my expectations. I came in with a painful ingrown toenail, and he did a quick procedure to remove it. The procedure was painless and he was super gentle, friendly and communicative. I only wish I had gone in sooner, rather than suffer for the last few days. I will definitely be back for any future needs!
UPDATED WITH RESPONSE: There was no miscommunication. Your team failed to properly communicate the cancellation fee or respond in a timely or respectful manner when I reached out. I should not have to chase down clarity or accountability.
