Dr. Rilling was fantastic! He took his time, listened to my concerns, informed me of what the issue was and came up with an effective plan. Terrific bedside manner. I was in so much pain for so long and with his expertise and knowledge I’m practically walking on a cloud. The relief is bliss! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I had a small but invasive procedure done by Dr. Rilling and Dr. Lee, and everything went perfectly! Dr. Rilling and Dr. Lee were so helpful every step of the way, and were able to get the surgery done in office without having to deal with the pain of a surgery center. Their staff is very kind, and were attentive and supportive for all pre and post surgery questions. Dr. Rilling has excellent bedside manners and is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I've been a patient at Los Feliz Foot and Ankle on-and-off for a couple of years. Most recently, I received Shockwave therapy to treat inflammation in my right foot, which has been bothering me for several years after a marathon injury. After just a couple of treatments, I quickly noticed improvement in my foot and am getting back into running. Highly recommend him.
Highly recommend!! It’s rare to have a doctor slow down and explain things but he did, and gave me solid advice about next steps. There’s an effort towards affordability too which is quite refreshing! <3
TLDR: Dr. Rilling is very kind and knowledgeable and helped me with a painful but common foot condition that multiple doctors failed to diagnose. Over the last year and a half I had so much foot pain I could barely move off the couch some days. I had multiple doctors (including Providence and Cedars) providing me with boots, braces, steroid injections, custom orthotics, painkiller prescriptions, and physical therapy and acupuncture referrals, but nothing seemed to improve my condition.
