This place is truly wonderful. Amazing management, Andrew will always greet you with a smile on any day of the week in any weather. Excellent service specialists will always help you solve any problem. The facilities on the premises of the building are something fantastic. The roof top, pool, hot tube and patio deserve a separate good rating. The guys also hold various events for the residents, it pleases. This is the only building where I have never lost parcels. I lived here between June 2023-June 2024. The neighborhood is fantastic. The rooftop has an amazing view. Lauren who works at leasing and basically runs the whole building is kind, professional, and super helpful! Jose from maintenance is so helpful and responsive. I wish we could have lived here longer.
