I wish Vanessa had a better customer service. It seems like she hates her job. I ask questions about the apartments so I can decide whether I can apply.
I’m extremely disappointed with the management here. Without any prior notice, my car was **towed for having an "expired" parking permit**, even though the office never informed me of the change. When I asked why they didn’t notify residents before enforcing the new rule, they refused to take responsibility and left me with a **$395 towing bill**.
