Service was not great food was all over cooked had to flag down staff to get refills!!! Not impressed

We had my husband's birthday party there 1/02/16. The staff did a great job taking care of everyone.
It was great. Would love to go back again. Maybe soon.
The service is terrible. I do not recommend it. Our party of 5 arrived at 5:40. We ordered our wine and only 3 were correct. When our waiter finally got back around to us it was 6:10. We were told we couldn't order food from the Happy Hour menu because Happy Hour was over at 6:00. We never got the 2 wine orders so we left and went to LA Botano. The food was very good.
The food has been terrible lately as well as the service.
