I have been coming here since the 70s because it used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant anywhere. Since the new owners took over a few years ago it is no longer worth the calories. It is bland-the salsa tastes like weak marinara sauce, the hot sauce tastes like water, and the chips have no taste whatsoever. Sadly, unless it changes back, I will never come here again and this was the place I used to go every time I come to see my family back in KC. Sad.
Paid $13 for OVER cooked Left over 3 enchiladas meal that looked as though they were made hours before I got there. DOG FOOD. The last 3 times I ate there it wasn't to bad.
Moved away in 86. Used to go whenever I could. Came to visit from NC first place we stopped after landing. Just like I remembered. ❤️❤️
It was bad!. Had to sit outside the bathroom doors. Stinky. It was hot. Very uncomfortable. The food was bad. We went for father's day and it was bought for us so didnt want to say anything at the time. We will never go there again.
not at all like it used to before..new owners changed to much...food is gross....
