Very bad management I would rate this place very very bad would never recamend it to any one when I was first going to move in was a very nice place but when I was going to the day and time Maria told was not ready wet paint nails everywhere infested with roaches had to spend over 200 and still a lot she is very rude. A cozy apartment Los Cedros was the first apartment I lived in after I moved out of my parents home. I loved it there. There was always parking, I had my own washer and dryer in my apartment and I had a great bedroom with big closets and friendly neighboors. The staff in the office were friendly and always on hand should any maintenance needed to be done. I really loved living in these apartments.
1/2 star well, i was going to let go my experience with these people. there were some nice memories but had nothing do with the service provided by the manager. maria has a terrible rude tone of voice. they overcharge. bad service! i was in the first floor. in order for my upstairs neighbor to have internet, cable service needed to go into my apartment to hook it! the connection is awful. when i moved in, the apartment was very, very dirty: washing machine, drier, kitchen, toilet, etc. i spent three days going to other apart... read more
RecommendedMe and my hubby are current residents here, going on ten years + 🏡. Our Manager 👩💼and Maintenance team👨🔧 are Professional, Courteous and Attentive of their tenants🤗. They're always very polite and willing take the time out of their busy schedule to acknowledge their residents. If you ever have an issue with your apartment, they are prompt to respond to your maintenance orders and in the end it's always a job well done👍. The staff is really helpful and kind. They fixed any problem you have in your apartment right away and they call you to make sure you are satisfied. �
Everyone is nice and they are ready to help. The apartments are very nice and I love that they already come with the washer and dryer. They have pest control very often and they offer 24 hours maintenance. Overall, best apartments in town.
