Very bad management I would rate this place very very bad would never recamend it to any one when I was first going to move in was a very nice place but when I was going to the day and time Maria told was not ready wet paint nails everywhere infested with roaches had to spend over 200 and still a lot she is very rude. Everything was dirty had to spend a lot of time cleaning this place might have petitional if under new management. A cozy apartment Los Cedros was the first apartment I lived in after I moved out of my parents home. I loved it there. There was always parking, I had my own washer and dryer in my apartment and I had a great bedroom with big closets and friendly neighboors. The staff in the office were friendly and always on hand should any maintenance needed to be done. I really loved living in these apartments.
1/2 star well, i was going to let go my experience with these people. there were some nice memories but had nothing do with the service provided by the manager. maria has a terrible rude tone of voice. they overcharge. bad service! i was in the first floor. in order for my upstairs neighbor to have internet, cable service needed to go into my apartment to hook it! the connection is awful. when i moved in, the apartment was very, very dirty: washing machine, drier, kitchen, toilet, etc. i spent three days going to other apart... read more
