This place is THE best for mexican in Dubuque! (this is a better choice than the nw arterial location) amazing salsa, cheese dip, and margaritas! Try the crabmeat quesadilla or the shrimp nachos!
The best (free) salsa in town. Be sure to ask for more if you run out, but save room for lunch or dinner! The fried ice cream is delicious, too.
