If I could give William and his customer service more than 5 stars I would!!! He has embroidered my graduation sashes twice (one for my bachelors degree and this past month was my master's). He took on a last minute request (I had grad photos coming up in a week!) and did it with such grace and attention to detail. Sent me the mocks ups in a very timely manner and made sure all the details were perfect and everything was completed on time. He really relieved a lot of stress from the process. Thank you again so much!!!
I had such a great experience getting my shirts monogrammed here! I needed a quick turnaround before a trip, and William delivered perfectly—fast, beautifully stitched, and exactly what I envisioned. His attention to detail and customer service were amazing. Looking forward to coming back soon :)
CUSTOM ORDER I ordered my uniforms at a reasonable amount of time ahead of the school year. Unfortunately they were stolen, but my order was replaced in 2 bussiness days which is pretty fast due to all the bussiness they have. I am very happy and thankful that they customized my order to fit my child. Thank you William, and the staff that were very wonderful to me
Owner is rude and gives completely false and inaccurate information. Conversation took place over a week ago and confirmed uniforms would be ready as soon as he text me the address. He text me the address then stated that he doesn't care about anybody, no exceptions. No wonder they have a no refund policy. Money hungry business. He didn't even provide a time when uniforms would be ready. DO NOT ZELLE OR PAY unless they have them in person.
