good customer service, fast process even thought i didn’t do the fast pass, in and out of there within the hour, recommend getting the car detailed prior
Mr. Williams did a phenomenal job. Very professional and thorough. He got me in and out within 10 minutes. Excellent service!
Relatively efficient process for shipping a vehicle, about 1 hour door-to-door, provided you do all the documentation (Fast Pass) ahead of time. There is an entrance in the front, from the service road (look for Fox Rental signs). Pull in and stop just inside the building for a pre-inspection, then head inside the double doors to sign in on a clipboard. I had an 0800 appointment and folks were up and running quickly. They have you remove your plates, car seats, and antenna while they do and document the inspection.
After all the hiccups with my mdx. Nicole the manager then took care of me and took in my vehicle. I was so relieved! Thanks again for taking care of me.
The staff here mainly handles the paperwork and the process of passing the vehicle to you. However, if your car arrives with any mechanical issues, scratches, or other damage, they do not take responsibility for it. While they may appear polite and try to offer a smooth pickup experience, they avoid any responsibility when it comes to damage or problems with the vehicle.
