NO TRUCKS allowed on premises unless it’s for service They want you to park outside with a 15 min parking limit when it takes you at least 15 minutes to be done with the salesperson if not longer not to mention the 15-30 minutes of wait time or you time to walk over and back I don’t recommend this place if you’re coming in a semi truck for parts
Drove 1hr to get the parts and they need a manager for purchase over 1000 very disappointed always problems with velocity
I have been a commercial driver for over 20 years and have visited Velocity Truck Center, a Freightliner dealer and truck shop, numerous times. Unfortunately, I have not observed any improvement in their customer service. They consistently keep drivers who drop off their trucks waiting for extended periods. It appears that they undervalue drivers, treating them as unimportant individuals who can be ignored.
