Joseph was so incredibly kind, came literally within an hour of when we called, and managed to clean a pet mess that I was almost certain was uncleanable (I was ready to cut squares out of our carpet before he reassured us it was a fixable situation). 20/10, will only ever be using these guys for carpet and upholstery cleaning from here on out!
I run a dog-sitting/training business, and often have dogs at my home. My sectional couch ends up getting different doggy stains and smells on it, and really needed a pick-me-up. I am soooo glad that I found LACC!! They were friendly, professional, and carefully explained their cleaning process. I was surprised that every single stain was completely gone, and my couch is smelling and feeling fresh again! I will absolutely use them again, and keep them on speed dial!
