DO NOT COME HERE**** Horrible experience. 3 visits and never even SAW the doctor. You see a PA, and does not listen to a thing you say. They act like you know nothing at all. I’m an RN. They wanted to schedule 3 separate surgeries so they could make more money. Filed a complaint with my insurance LA care bc they only care about money, not the patient. Total waste of time trying to call for an appointment. They will put you on hold for minutes. Do NOT come here if you value time or want to see someone that will put in the effort.
Been coming to Dr Sharifi's office for nearly 2 years now. Refered by my PCP at Altamed. I was having congestion, breathing problems, facial pain, hearing loss since birth, brain fog, mouth breathing, trouble sleeping, aware of nose cycle. After several ear, allergies and nose tests, he found hearing loss, a deviated septum and an enlarged turbinate, and he also ruled out any allergy. I have been waiting for this appointment for weeks, suffering. Every time I would call to make an appointment I COULDN’T GET AHOLD OF THEM. I had to go back to my primary and have them make the appointment for me. Today, day of my long awaited appointment, I was having car trouble, I was calling them to ASK if I can be there by 10:19 instead of 10am, NO ANSWER.
