Great Experience. I've had breathing issues for a few months, and was finding it difficult to find an ENT Specialist. I came across SinusAllergyLA, and was satisfied with their appointment availabilities and quickly locked in an appointment (Other locations were easily booked months in advance). I highly recommend this clinic! I was referred here by my primary care doctor because of my enlarged tonsils, and I was very nervous at the thought of having surgery. Dr. Garcia took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable with my decision. After discussing my options, I decided that having my tonsils surgically removed would be the best choice for me. July 21, 2026, was truly the day my life changed. DO NOT COME HERE**** Horrible experience. 3 visits and never even SAW the doctor. You see a PA, and does not listen to a thing you say. They act like you know nothing at all. I’m an RN. They wanted to schedule 3 separate surgeries so they could make more money. Filed a complaint with my insurance LA care bc they only care about money, not the patient. Front office manager was rude and told me if I don’t like it, “go somewhere else.” Months to see a doctor, months to even schedule ONE of the surgeries I needed, and PA said it... read more
