Vanessa hides reviews that show the truth then blocks the person so they cannot write their review again. She raises prices once you apply, leaks your personal information and is the least professional human I’ve ever met in my life. I’m leaving it at that so she can’t play victim. If you wanna take the risk, go for it, but you can find a way better company to rent through and they’ll actually email and call you back unlike Vanessa who spends all her time gossiping with friends and responding to negative reviews.

RUN! Never in my life have I experienced less professionalism from a management company and I have lived in New York and Chicago. From their agents not knowing basic information like rent price and utilities, to having extremely poor communication skills, Vanessa makes you jump through hoops in the application process and does not honor rent prices listed on multiple housing sites. Its impossible to even get a hold of anyone. I think there's probably one person running this show, and she's completely unresponsive. These properties have been sitting there for some time for rent-- now I see why. I can't imagine dealing with them as a tenant. I tried e-mail. Text. Calling. its impossible.
Highly recommended if you are a slumlord trying to make tenants' lives as painful and long-suffering as possible. And to break the hopes of those who depend on them so consistently that they don't bother asking for help, which is surely a useful saving for the richest amongst us in these hard times. They are also useful if you are trying to illegally dislodge good tenants in order to illegally raise rents.

I was a tenant for 2 years with LA's Best, and after leaving LA I wish they were still my landlord. I never had an issue getting in touch with someone when I needed something for my apartment. I rented from LA's Best as a grad student and USC. When I first started my search most of the buildings near campus were older buildings, they weren't exactly what I pictured for my stay in sunny SoCal. Jose showed me a few properties that were a little bit further from school that were AMAZING. I have to spend an extra 5 minutes walking to campus, but that short walk gave me a beautiful brand new unit.
