I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ramadan and her entire team. From the moment you walk in, the office is beautiful, clean, and has such a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They are always responsive, organized, and genuinely make you feel like they care about your well-being. Dr. Ramadan is incredible and she has hired a team of staff who are also exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Ramadan. She is the absolute best PCP: attentive, patient, an excellent listener. She is genuinely invested in your care and provides detailed guidance and information that addresses your health concerns. Her staff is patient, and writes back on the app immediately. I’ve never experienced service like this and I highly recommend them.
My first visit was an incredibly positive experience. The doctor took the time to really listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel heard and supported rather than rushed.
