Charles Shriner was my captain and trainer. He was outstanding. His patience and encouragement were never ending. He kept things suitable for my level and never lost me. I felt he got the best out of me. Thanks to him, I was able to pass the basic four day course, the one day night endorsement course and the two day advanced course in a span of two weeks. These guys are great. I've taken all of the courses to get certified to handle power boats and I've chartered boats from them on probably a dozen other occasions and each time, my experience has been great. Their captains are very knowledgeable and they do a great job of scheduling your lessons and/or charters. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who is looking to get out on the water in LA.
Excellent powerboat training program. Patient, professional and personable captains that provide detailed hands-on training. Well maintained fleet of boats across a whole spectrum of lengths and drive systems. Scheduling staff are very attentive and provide ultimately flexible schedules.
