My experience with LA Neuro has been wonderful! I love that the neurocoaches are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and caring. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered which made me feel at ease. After my very first session, I noticed I felt more relaxed than I have in years. My reactivity to life events in general has decreased greatly and my sleep is improving. Anxiety is almost a thing of the past and I feel so much happier overall! I'm so grateful I found y'all!! I highly recommend LANC.

Meg and Anastasia are very caring and personal with what you're going through. They always ask how you're doing and they're your cheerleaders and on your team on your journey to wellbeing. They're on top of the neurofeedback therapy, they follow up via text, they keep track of your progress, and the results are noticeable. In sessions id feel like I was rising above the negative patterns I've been stuck in for major time periods of my life.

I would like to say that, I desperately needed help with my son he is 13 years old and is born with autism. My son, Andrew C, would have problems with his behavior and speech. He’s starting highschool soon and with the way he was behaving in middle school and just not focusing, made me worry.
