This is their process: they require you to book through a form and authorize payment upfront, then cancel last minute without any explanation. When I called their 800 customer service line during business hours, it goes to an automated message saying no one is available and disconnects. They also stopped responding to texts. This experience was not trustworthy and raises serious concerns about their reliability and how they handle customers.

I ordered a house cleaning from this company and I honestly did not expect much. However, they completely blown me away. I was not only was met with excellent customer service, but the quality of the job was far beyond any other cleaning service I’d ever used. I worked with La clean co a few months ago and forgot to write a review. But, I would definitely come back and spend my money here again and not have any regrets.

LA CLEAN CO has been such a great company to work with. The ladies are kind, respectful, and work so efficiently as a team. Even though they come in as a group, they’re very focused and truly get the job done. I booked them for a simple house cleaning, but they went above and beyond. They cleaned areas I didn’t even realize needed attention, and my home felt so fresh and cared for afterward. You can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

I’m usually very skeptical when hiring cleaning companies especially when it comes to the price, however LA clean Co was a Grate company to work with and vary affordable I would definitely go with them again.
