Avoid this doctor "Charles"at all cost. The doctor that was there before was amazing. This new doctor is rude, lies, and refuses to help the patients. They never answer the phone. They are rude to patients.
UPDATE 2024- The beloved Dr. Emmanuel has passed away. This clinic has now transitioned and updated the office and systems they use. At the beginning of the transition it was difficult and uncomfortable as with any changes that happen. The staff continues to make the visits pleasant. UPDATE!!! 2024- The wonderful Dr. Emmanuel has retired. This clinic is no longer the same. The transition has been difficult and uncomfortable. With no adequate Doctors and minimal days and hours open, it has been difficult to get in contact with them. With all due respect to previous and current wonderful staff members, I would not recommend this clinic. Without a doubt, he has saved my life! His warm and kind Demeanor is like no other. He is always available when you need him and his staff is kind and professional. I'm so grateful for the recommendation to Dr. Emmanuel. I trust him with my life.
Has been our doctor over 10 years.....he's the best and we trust him ...we live almost 2 hours away and still take that trip to see him...
