아주 못되고 무능한 receptionist 하나 때문에 좋은 토요일에 이렇게 더러운 기분은....
한국인 위주 안과병원으로 기다리는 사람이 많은 상황인데도 고객들을 위한 WiFi 지원도 없고 설치를 생각하지도 않은걸 보면 고객에 대한 서비스 마인드가 전혀없는 병원!!!
백내장 수술중에 넣었던 렌즈가 떨어져서 수술이 끝나자마자 수술을 또해야한다고.... 바로 날 잡아서 렌즈 빼내는 수술을 하고나니까 이번엔 7개월전에 망막박리 수술한것이 떨어졌다고.....운이 없으시다고 하네요! 참고로 망막박리 수술은 다른곳으로 가서 하라고해서 같은곳에서 2번을 했는데 결국은.... 한쪽눈은 실명이됐네요 ! 누구한테 잘못을 물어야 하나요 ?

Best care I’ve ever had in practices. The staff were welcoming, attentive and very professional. Dr. Khwarg was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and treatment options. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for patient-centered care.
