Disgusting service at the reception, I have been asking for an apppointment for 2 months now, I told them the authorization number, but they needed the provider to send it personally, since they did not believe me that I had it. When I called again, they said that they already needed a hearing test. They don't give me authorization for it, I'm wasting time, and my ear has very serious problems.
The doctor and his entire staff are pros. He’s got excellent bedside manner, is open to questions, and understands how to tell me what I need to know in a way that feels informative and positive. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I went to Dr. David Shamouelian a few weeks back for a sinus infection. Not only did Dr. Shamouelian and his staff provided me with excellent care, but they treated my problem fast and efficiently. Dr. Shamouelian was able to deduce the cause of the sinus infection and explain to me in laymen’s terms exactly what was going on, how to fix it, and prevent it from happening in the future. I will continue to go to him as well as recommend him to anyone with an ENT issue. Thank you and your staff for your help Dr. Shamouelian.
