Usually I'd be wary of dispatch fees but my problem was very difficult to identify, short circuit in house wiring and required complex troubleshooting. In the end they were upfront about the cost of time needed to troubleshoot, then did great job finding the problem and fixing it, which took nearly two hours, including climbing an attic. While during that time I was given explanations of what may be wrong, where, and how it was identified. Overall I'm very happy with friendly and professional service.
Great service from beginning to end. Prompt responses and friendly staff. They installed 3 ring flood light cameras for us and they are working great. We will definitely be calling them back in a couple months to add more outlets for us to hang christmas lights more efficiently lol. Thank you.
Sometime google 5 star review can be deceiving but this electrician is great. Now i have my go to electrician.
This company contacted me right away. The others asked me to wait until monday with an automated message. I was asked to check the gfi breaker the gfi outlet and to check if there were any other outlets that were not functioning. Through this process i was able to track down a loose connection in the kitchen where many of the circuits come together. I was able to fix the connection myself which saved me hundreds on repairs. Had some electrical work done by these guys and all i have to say is that i am very pleased they are very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone because the work done was beyond my expectations. The crew was punctual caring and honest.
