Very pleasant and helpful staff. We were able to have our service start the next day.
Must be nice to have a monopoly. One day the poor will eat you. allowed to have a dysfunctional payment system, website, phone system. Hopefully we can have some fun with solar before it gets eaten by these thieves too
Waiting all day for LADWP to check power lines touching tree, I tried to call LADWP customer service for over 2 hours, but kept being disconnected every couple of minutes. Gave up calling, drove to their office 5 mn away, to ask LADWP to just come to my address as calls do not go through. Unresponsive window rep took 20+mn reviewing my a/c, finally just telling me I will be called or I can call back, after I clearly explained I kept getting disconnected!!! Please train LADWP window reps to take initiative for out-the-box pro... read more
Security guard is so nice here! I came to charge my car here and as I was entering the parking lot another car sped in from the exit attempting to steal the open charging spot. Before I could decide on if I should confront the guy or just wait it out… the kind security guard swooped in and took care of the situation by explaining the rules of the lot to the driver. She enforced the rules of the lot and taught some morals to the other driver on waiting your turn. Thank you!
