Security guard is so nice here! I came to charge my car here and as I was entering the parking lot another car sped in from the exit attempting to steal the open charging spot. Before I could decide on if I should confront the guy or just wait it out… the kind security guard swooped in and took care of the situation by explaining the rules of the lot to the driver. She enforced the rules of the lot and taught some morals to the other driver on waiting your turn. Thank you!

I am utterly dismayed and compelled to share my distressing experience, which, frankly, has been nothing short of a disaster. It's a shame and a disservice to our community to witness such a lack of professionalism and accountability from an organization that is supposed to uphold certain standards.
