The Worst health organization
Very difficult to schedule an appointment. The process feels extremely slow and overly bureaucratic. It gives the impression that services are provided more formally, rather than with real focus on patient outcomes. Communication is unclear, follow-ups are delayed, and overall effectiveness feels low. It’s disappointing, especially considering how important timely mental health care is.
This place is unprofessional and discriminatory! After having to wait so long for a case manager which they kept switching month after month. I finally got to get the help I needed from a young lady named Kira who helped me get groceries and find me a shelter after Alcott did nothing for the 5 months I begged for help. I just found out that she doesn’t work there anymore nor does my therapist either that i was waiting to be reconnected with and now i am having to wait another 2 months to be giving another case manager and th... read more
This place is terrible. The amount of complaints I have filed regarding misconduct is unreal. They have done nothing about it, they're breaking laws here on a daily basis.
