This singular woman came to my house and did NOT clean properly. She only uses water and vinegar to disinfect, those are the only TWO things she utilizes to "disinfect" that include areas that need bleach/soap. Did not even use actual cleaning products, thats why its "natural". Also the towels and mops she used in my house were DIRTY she reuses her sponges/ mops / rags. We used them for a full comprehensive move out clean including carpets, windows, and a deep clean too. They gave us great pricing for combining those services together and we easy to deal with to find the best time that suited us
We needing someone who was attentive to detail for a weekly clean at our apartment and Los Angeles Clean and Fresh have been great for us over the past 3 months. All the cleaning gets taken care of and if there's anything extra needed we just let them know in advance.
