Eric Mendoza is fantastic! He made the effort to fit me in for carpet cleaning with only one day's notice, despite the fact that their books were full. He did a great job, but more importantly, he is a hard-working, honest, and diligent person. I will call LOS ANGELES CARPET CLEANING again just because Eric is a part of their company! Give this man a promotion.
My rug comes back looking great every time. Duncan was great--he even stayed late for me to pick up my rug. Great service, very nice staff.
Easy to book, on time, and great service. Booked a deep clean, and then a standard clean, and both were very high quality, and thorough. Also love the fact they use ecologically safe cleaners (so my place doesn't smell like a swimming pool afterwards) and that they pay their staff properly, as full time employees not contractors.
Good Guys Carpet Cleaning cleaned my two area rugs, a runner and two large couches. They were prompt and friendly and they did a great job - cat vomit stains are gone!
I called LOS ANGELES CARPET CLEANING on a Thursday afternoon and my carpets were clean on Monday morning. Tim Kay was very professional and helpful! He explained everything that needed to be done to us and had a few tips for us before he left. Everything went quickly and our carpets look amazing! We have a dog and Tim did a great job getting the pet stains out. We will definitely use LOS ANGELES CARPET CLEANING again! Thanks for everything.
