Love this place. I had a great experience working with Josh on my tattoo! I had an idea of what I wanted, but I'm not a visual artist. I gave him a raw sketch, he executed it beautifully and was totally patient and helpful during the process. As it healed, I realized I wanted the color lightened and he did it for me at no additional charge! He's fabulous! I'm definitely going back to him the next time I want new ink.
Got my first tattoo ever done here by Jim Down. I was a little nervous since it was my first, but Jim made the process so easy and I had my full trust in him. The tattoo is better than I could’ve ever imagined, all thanks to Jim. Not only was he really nice and caring, but also very communicative and great at his work. He gave me an after care goodie bag with some cool stickers of his in there too which was the cherry on top. Definitely will be going back to Jim for more in the future!
Went in nervous as I was receiving my first piercings (ears) and chose this shop at the recommendation of my boyfriend. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I checked in, easily filled out forms on my phone (bring your ID). Then I was handed off to Cat who broke down the process step by step and informed me without making the experience overwhelming. 5 minutes in, my anxieties were gone and I was laughing and having a phenomenal time.
