I hate to say this but don’t get their marinated carne asada. I thought it was traditionally marinated with their seasoning with onions cilantro and sliced oranges like traditional carnicerías. I asked for marinated carne asada (preparado) and these guys straight up got some kind of soy sauce liquid and put it in with the meat. I was in disbelief bro. Had to re season the meat while cooking it. And they call themselves a carnicería smh

Bad ass. Absolutely gonna save in my favs. The flavors are as I remember them in Phoenix. And Mexico. Service was so polite. Super CLEAN. I was by my self. Dodging traffic on a Friday after some certification classes. And other business. Bought the guacamole from The Back Store same with the pico de gallo. Got myself a chicken quesadilla and chips came for free. However I ordered bottle this knowing I'm going to take it with me anyway for future use. As a white man.
