If I could give this group a zero I would. I spent a dozen hours trying to rectify an overpayment for a bill both I and my insurance company had paid. On 2-13-25 Cigna told me the radiology practice owed me $195.93 refund. I talked to Radiology group billing call centers all over the world, on more than a dozen occasions and spoke to (among others) agents Morgan, Jesus A., Anna, Abby, Harold, Dawn, all promising to escalate and fix. This place is horrible. I have been trying to reach billing/accounting for the amount they charge and for 45 min. I have been getting transferred to diff people but no one in the world can help. Keep transferring the call. If management looking at this post, get this shitty broken system fixed cause clearly no one care in your stuff to help. Pathetic. Unacceptable. I have no words to explain my frustration but your system and staff are useless.

Add my name to the list of customers deeply disturbed by LosAl Radiology Group's incompetent billing service. I have a bill in collections from them for just over $100 for a service rendered in late December despite incontrovertible evidence on my end of proper payment and adjustment in accordance with my insurance policy. CMR, the collection group, recently "validated" the debt which was ridiculous, since all they did was get a copy of the bogus bill from LosAl Radiology and mail it to me. I'm glad I read the reviews. I received a text from Los Alamitos Radiology Group to call an 800 number. Since I have not received any bills via mail I blocked the number thinking it was a scam. So now I'm in limbo wondering if I will ever get a bill and based on the reviews it sounds like they will send you to collections if they don't hear from you.

My experience with their handling of billing and communication is unacceptable. Last month I received the first and only notice of an unpaid balance from a collections agency. After paying the $18.98 (through the credit collection co.) I immediately contacted Los Alamitos Radiology. They claim several invoices were mailed prior to sending me to collections. The fact that not one letter was received leads me to doubt they did. Some one there is NOT DOING THEIR JOB!
