We have 3 children that are patients here & we really have had no problems with our visits. However, today they should be open & my child is sick. But I can't get through to them, as the answering system says they are closed & doesn't give any business hours.
Samantha T. from referrals is the best. Having a medically complex child, we are always needing different referrals. Samantha has been kind and efficient in helping us. My kids sees Dr. Tran and she’s always nice. Parking situation isn’t great, you do have to pay to park.
I’ve loved bringing both of my children here. Dr Tran has been such a great doctor and we’ve been treated very well by the staff. Unfortunately the parking is very limited and now the surrounding streets are all permitted parking. We’ll have to start looking elsewhere for a new pediatrician.
My wife and I started going here after we had our first kid, about 6 1/2 years ago. For the first few years our only complaint was they were way too busy all the time. But we were always able to get in when we needed. Our first child also never had any medical conditions that required emergency care.
