My husband has been in there over a week now without a bath or shower, no shave and no toothbrush or toothpaste!!! I called and talked to the head nurse and she said this was UNACCEPTABLE and would take care of it right away. So far NOTHING!!! I feel sorry for them tomorrow when I come down there!!!
This is my dear friends nightmare in Los Alamitos Medical Center on September 2020 ”These past few weeks have been very difficult and hectic for our family. My staff throughout my stay was amazing; Silva, Rizza, Kacie, Melissa, Margaret, and Maria! They were extremely attentive yet not intrusive. There was an error at first regarding my surgery which surgeon was going to cancel the surgery. But Jose made arrangements that allowed my surgery to occur 11:30am instead of 9am! I am grateful for the staff who either came in early or stayed late to allow my surgery to occur. It was difficult to make arrangements for two weeks down after this surgery. in the ER, waiting 10 hours for an actual room, waited for 2 hours to get pain meds, been waiting for 3 hours to get the next IV bag, my mom is severely dehydrated. used call button multiple times and still nothing happens. they said she would have to wait until Monday for her cholecystectomy....wth!?
I had a bad fall in July 2019. Great staff and surgeon, Dr Ray Klug. Fantastic shoulder and arm God. Limbs are healing on schedule. Thank you to all involved with my case!!!!!!!
