Terrible customer service, difficult manager. I would give this place no stars if I could. I recently had a party here. BOY does Todd the owner nickel and dime you to death! The price starts out reasonable and low, and every single thing is added in, including soda! Soda is not included in a price for a catered party!!!! Dishonest Atmosphere The food here is really good but unfortunately the quality of customer service is not up to the standard of the food. I have had two parties there. The first party was lovely, but the second party did not go so well. While our contract stated that our guests were to be served coffee, the manager not only neglected to put the coffee out but then insisted that I was lying when I told him that my contract included coffee. Lorys Lakeside This place isn't bad at all! I went here expecting it to be a generic seafood restaurant, but this place really passed my expectations! If you're looking for some good food, come here.

Calm, quiet, no rush to do anything here, top shelf prices, 100 different menu items, small pool table and 1 large tv
My favorite dishes are the pub dip sandwich on brioche, chicken pot pie, and Thanksgiving Day soup. French fries are cut by hand and always delicious!
