Bought a new construction here. 1 month after we bought they had to demolish and replace all the concrete porch stoops in the neighborhood due to poor construction. They never ran the electrical wiring for the smart home hub they sold us on. The water line for the fridge was installed backwards and had to be fixed to get our fridge moved in.
