Customer services nonexistent. Bought 10000 hot tube having issues and 8 phone calls later and 3 months no return calls, no nothing. I don't recommend dealing with this company.

I literally was able to buy my pool with a phone call and a good discussion with the head project manager at the site. Each time thereafter that I visited the store, I was greeted by a family that treated me like a valued customer.
