Very bad experience. I visited this salon on a friend's recommendation, seems they chose to be selectively nice to people. I find the place unreasonable. They skipped the shampoo on my first haircut appointment and less than 24 hours before my second appointment wanted me to reschedule because the hairdresser was under weather. I was given options beyond 2 weeks. Very unprofessional attitude with no great talent. Save yrself the trouble of trying them.
