We are 100% satisfied with our blinds and drapes. We had a few problems that were resolved to our satisfaction. Luc did our install and he is so good! Very knowledgeable and a good teacher. Our realtor recommended Lorraine’s for good reason!
I've had my roller shades from Lorraine's for over 7 months now. It's about time I write a review. Lariza helped me choose originally and was very patient with me as I changed my mind and figured out what I wanted. Luc is amazing at installation and really dials everything in. Additionally, he recently helped me order and put in an automatic roller shade in a high window to match the rest which completed my home's windows. I highly recommend Lorraine's to anyone seeking window dressings. Lorraine took me through many possible selections that would suit my home. The delivery and installation were on time. Luc and Lorenzo worked quickly and professionally. They finished the project with careful consideration of my home, cleaning and additionally take away the old blinds. A+
