Lorraine provided excellent service for the closing of a lot in North Wales PA while I was staying in Punta Cana Dominican Republic - which is not something for the faint of heart to even attempt! She rose to the challenge and brokered this deal with the buyer and agent , answered all of the first time lot buyers questions and found the means to have an international rotary put their official seal on the documents which were sent back and forth by international fed ex. A job well done!

This was a great 200-year-old house that took a huge effort to sell. Lori knew exactly what to highlight to show the house, how to stage it, and what to communicate to prospective buyers. Our unique house in North Wales, PA attracted only certain buyers and Lori knew how to find them. She's the best of the best.
