I hired Lorraine to help me sell my duplex for my retirement after owning it 20 years. She did a great job handling some tough demands by the buyer and provided a compromise solution that allowed all parties to be in agreement regarding some contingencies. She worked very diligently probably spending many hours leading to a successful sale. I highly recommend her for any real estate sale .

I highly recommend Lorraine for her great expertise, responsiveness , tenacity and diligence. I would definitely work with her again when there is another chance.
